Terms of Service

Northern Spins Arena is operated by Northern Spins Arena Ltd., registered at 421 7th Avenue SW, Suite 3000, Calgary, Alberta T2P 4K9, Canada (“we”, “us”). The service is a free-to-play social casino: a website where you can play slot-style games — currently Mjölnir’s Fury, Kraken’s Bounty and Marshal’s Gold — for entertainment, using virtual coins that have no value outside the site.

The service is intended for people aged 19 or older. It is not directed at minors, and you may not use it if you are under 19. Casino-themed entertainment is adult entertainment even when no money is involved, and we design, write and advertise the site accordingly.

Every game on this site is played with virtual coins. In plain language:

• Coins have no monetary value. They are points in a game, nothing more.
• Coins cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed or cashed out — by you, by us, or by anyone else. There is no purchase path on this site and there never will be one under these terms.
• Coins exist only inside the service. Your balance is stored in your own browser’s local storage; we do not hold an account or ledger for you on any server.
• Balances may be adjusted or reset. Because the wallet lives in your browser, clearing your browsing data resets your balance to the starting grant of 10,000 coins. We may also change starting or refill amounts, or reset balances, when games or the wallet change.
• Free coins are a courtesy, not consideration. You give us nothing of value to receive them.
• Because no money or thing of value is staked and none can be won, the service is not gambling and we are not a gambling operator. We hold no gambling licence and do not claim one.

You agree not to:

• exploit bugs in the games or the wallet (report them instead — we genuinely want to know);
• scrape, spider or bulk-download the site or its game assets;
• reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the games or their math configurations;
• use the service to misrepresent it as real-money gambling, or frame it inside a service that does.

We may change, retire or add games at any time. A retired game’s coins remain in your shared wallet.

The games, their artwork and math, the site’s design, text and branding are owned by Northern Spins Arena Ltd. or its licensors. You may play them through the site; no other licence is granted.

The service is provided “as is”, for entertainment only, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost coin balances (including balances lost to cleared browser storage), interruptions, or the service’s fitness for any purpose beyond casual play.

Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling. The games here use the same kind of chance-based math as real slot machines, and each spin is independent — no skill you build here changes any real-world odds.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do, and material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Calgary, Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
