Privacy Policy

• Your coin balance and game statelive in your own browser’s local storage on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else — we could not look up your balance if we wanted to.
• The contact form is currently UI-only. Submitting it does not store or send your message anywhere; the confirmation screen says so too. If you email support@northernspinsarena.com instead, we receive what you send and use it only to reply.
• Hosting logs. Like almost every website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and operations.
• Analytics: none. The site uses no third-party analytics and no advertising trackers. The only browser storage it uses is essential and stays on your device — the virtual-coin wallet and any basic preference settings.

The site sets one local-storage key, nsa-wallet-v1, which holds your virtual-coin balance as a number. It stays until you clear your browser data — and clearing it resets your balance to the starting 10,000 coins. The full table, including how to clear it, is on the cookie policy page.

The service is intended for people aged 19 or older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone — including minors — beyond what this policy describes, because the site has nowhere to put it.

Because your play data lives on your device, you can read, export or erase it yourself at any time through your browser. For anything you have sent us by email, you can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it: support@northernspinsarena.com. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act) or, where PIPEDA applies, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If the site starts doing more than this page describes — analytics, a working contact inbox, anything — this policy will be updated first and the effective date above will change.
